Retail mystery shopping across Canada
Your floor staff are your brand in the moments that convert a browser into a buyer. We send vetted local shoppers into your store to test greeting, product knowledge, the fitting-room and checkout experience, and whether stock and merchandising are actually shopping-ready.
Single mission from $99 CAD (Summer special) · report in 7–14 days · no contracts.
What our shoppers evaluate
Whether anyone acknowledged the shopper, how quickly, and how genuine and unpushy the approach felt.
Approachability, accuracy of product answers, add-on and cross-sell attempts, and whether staff recommended anything specific.
When requested, the shopper tries on an item and reports fitting-room cleanliness, availability, and whether staff followed up or offered sizes.
Shelf and display state, stockouts on advertised items, signage clarity, and overall shop-ready condition of the floor.
Queue time, cashier engagement, loyalty-program mention, receipt handling, and the send-off on exit.

Book Full ReconFrequently asked questions
- How does retail mystery shopping work?
- You book online, choose what matters most (for example fitting-room service or loyalty-program mentions), and we assign a vetted local shopper. They visit anonymously, shop like a real customer, optionally try on or purchase an item, and submit a photo-backed report within 72 hours.
- Can the shopper try something on in the fitting room?
- Yes. If you ask for it at booking, the shopper will request a fitting room and try on an item, then report on fitting-room cleanliness, availability, and whether staff checked in or offered different sizes.
- Do shoppers have to buy something?
- Only if you want them to. You can require a purchase (with a reimbursement cap you set) so the shopper experiences your full checkout and returns, or keep it browse-only to focus on floor service.
- Do you cover retail stores across Canada?
- Yes. We have vetted local shoppers in cities across Canada, so we can shop one location or benchmark a national chain store by store.
